Our state-of-the-art Operations centre is the heart of our Security operations. Our advanced monitoring technology, combined with highly experienced staff enable us to immediately respond and intervene in the case of an incident. We have the proven processes and strict protocols to ensure our client’s premises are protected 24/7/365.
When an incident occurs, an alarm is triggered to our operations centre team who will immediately respond. Our operators will follow the pre-defined intervention procedures as agreed with the client. This includes notifying of a potential intrusion, triggering a team to inspect the concerned premises and where necessary, calling emergency services.
By gathering data on our customer sites through our Operations Centres, we are able to analyse and use this information to proactively advise our clients on security-related matters to continually enhance our solutions to meet their needs.
